HOW DO I GET MY CLAIM STARTED?
To start the process of making a claim, please contact us on 0800 002 002 and we will direct you to the right team.
DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM?
The information we’ll need to get from you to lodge a claim will depend on the type of policy you have with us. Here are some examples:
- Death Certificate (or medical notes if claiming terminal illness)
- Coroner's Report (if applicable)
- Certified ID documents
- Details of the accident circumstances
- Pictures of the damage (if applicable)
- Medical Certificate
- Medical Notes
- Details of how damage/loss occurred
- Pictures of the damage
- Proof of purchase for damaged/lost items
IS YOUR HOME SUM INSURED ENOUGH?
Building costs are ever-increasing, and maintaining an appropriate sum insured for your assets is critical. We encourage you to review these regularly. The Sum Insured for your home needs to be adequate to provide full rebuild cover in the event of a total loss. DO YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS?
HAS IT BEEN A WHILE SINCE YOUR LAST REVIEW OR HAVE YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGED?
